The Fat Daddio’s® Mad Dadder™ pans are designed with our existing heavy duty seamless drawn technology with our exclusive stand designed to assist in level baking while producing consistent results. The Mad Dadder™ pans became available for purchase in 2010 and all pans feature our anodized aluminum. Premier cake designer Colette Peter’s of the prestigious New York based Colette’s Cakes created and has become widely known for this cake design when she was specifically mentioned in the 1986 published book Tiffany Taste. The Mad Dadder™ pans are available in round and square shapes in 6”, 8”, 10” 12” and 14” sizes at finer retailers and wholesalers around the world.
